Reporting abuse and unsafe behavior

If a listing, message, or user behavior raises safety concerns, include the relevant listing or conversation link in your report so support can review it faster.

Before contacting us

• Include the listing or conversation link if the issue is content-specific
• Describe the problem clearly and include screenshots if relevant
• Do not send sensitive personal information unless specifically requested through an official support workflow

Response expectations

Urgent safety issues should be reported as quickly as possible through the relevant in-product reporting flow as well as support email if needed.
